These pictures are as graphic as possible to show the problems at hand. We want your input. Let the Maintenance Wizards know if your machine should be in the Hall Of Shame. We realize the truth may hurt. Inorder to get better designs and prevent unnecessary maintenance expenses (at your expense), we need to wake up the industry! We can only do it by knowing how many machines are having these problems nationwide.

Do you have equipment installed improperly. You purchased a new machine. You paid "professionals" dealers to install why did it end up this way.

These machines are installed all wrong!
Never install over tile floors. Machines need to be grouted. Plus my acking back from bending over to unload. Where are the base frames or concrete pad. Remounting only a short time away . The bolts are already working loose and these are only 1 year old!
Shame on you!

This machine as shown above. The bolts are already breaking down! Washers are rusting. Only a matter of time. The owner will have to spend $750.00 to install properly. WHY ? SHAME ON YOU!

This machine is only 3.5 years old. The mounting is broken loosed and machine shakes severely. The machine should last for 10-15 more years. I do not think it will make it! WHY? SHAME ON YOU!
