These pictures are as graphic as possible to show the problems at hand. We want your input. Let the Maintenance Wizards know if your machine should be in the Hall Of Shame. We realize the truth may hurt. In order to get better designs and prevent unnecessary maintenance expenses (at your expense), we need to wake up the industry! We can only do it by knowing how many machines are having these problems nationwide.

Do you have equipment with chemical damage. You purchased a new machine. You paid your money to have it eaten up this way. Who's responsible? The machine manufacturer, the chemical company or both. You usually find out about this after its to late. WHY?

THIS MACHINE IS ONLY 4 YEARS OLD! THE MACHINE SHOULD LAST 12-15 YEARS. I REALLY DO NOT THINK IT WILL MAKE IT!
WASH MACHINES ARE SUPPOSE TO HANDLE CHEMICALS. MAYBE THE TWO COMPANIES SHOULD GET TOGETHER AND FIGURE THIS THING OUT! CAN YOU BEAT IT! LET ME KNOW! SHAME ON YOU!

Here is the newer version of the above!. The hose fails and still leaks everywhere. You would think the manufacturer would talk to the soap people and figure this out. But why do that when hoses sell for only $25.00 plus labor a piece about every 18 months for the life of the machine! Plus when the hose leaks it drips right on top of the drain valve another $160.00 value!
